Our Grandma Virginia played a big part in our childhood. Countless times we sat in her kitchen as she baked her famous cookies, and we still hold onto those fond memories to this day. By showing us all of her secret recipes firsthand, Grandma Virginia not only taught us about baking, but about love, kindness and the meaning of family.

Our Story
For years we told Grandma Virginia that she should sell her cookies and candies. They were too good to just be shared with family and friends; everyone should be able to enjoy her amazing cookies! But her response was always that she wanted to bake because she loved it, not because she had too.

One day we were talking about our dream bakery and we just looked at each other and knew it was time. To honor Grandma Virginia the best we could, our cookies are made from the best ingredients, using all of her original recipes. And of course, we never leave out her not-so-secret ingredient: a little bit of love!

Meet Virginia
Virginia was the youngest girl of 10 Ciarlelli brothers and sisters. She was born and raised in Kansas City, MO. She married the love of her life, Hank Patti, and they raised 4 beautiful children, Jackie, Cynthia, Toni, and Sal. Family was everything to Virginia; she was a wonderful homemaker and adored by all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Throughout her life, Virginia always loved spreading joy to her family and friends with her famous Italian cookies!
